- Never eat tasty food, your mouth and throat are pleasure organs and feed into your ego, forget about "eating food" altogether and only ingest necessary nutrients, eat a completely bland tasteless diet with no salt, sweet, oil, cream, spice, sauce, blah blah, completely suppress all goyslop cravings, and not for the "health benefits" either, but to make your ego know it doesn't deserve deliciousness (although you'll automatically eat healthy when you give up taste)

- Never masturbate and watch porn ever again, punish your lizard brain harshly and make it know it doesn't deserve anything, disallow yourself from consciously or subconsciously feeling sexual stimulation, don't try to castrate yourself with meds either because that's the easy way (it won't work anyways), brutally tolerate endless horniness and unreleased potency

- Never seek unnecessary comfort, always sleep at 10pm and wake up at 6am, don't LDAR, workout 1h everyday, run 20min everyday, do physical activity for no fucking reason, let your body know it doesn't deserve comfort, unironically take cold showers not for the benefits either do it just because it's uncomfortable

- Limit all non-work/study screen time to 3h a day, don't watch garbage goyslop media, don't rot on this site more than 20min a day

- Don't listen to sad songs or songs that hype you up, sadness and hype are egoistical feelings, only listen to dull classical songs or songs that mostly focus on lyrics and not euphoric melodies, "eargasm" is real and you should avoid it, basically you should avoid any type of -gasm because you must make your ego know YOU DON'T DESERVE IT

Mental suffering is a measurement of hurt ego and by containing your ego via lifestyle you reduce your vulnerable surface area and suffer less, this is the ONLY way to feel less sad about being a subhuman incel

It is the path of the ascetic. Considering my truecel genetics and the society I live in, there aren't many other options.

But I would always try to stay calm and relaxed in any situation, try to conquer it instead of just enduring it. You can't become too neurotic and irrational. Stress has an inverse relationship with testosterone. And if your hormones are out of balance over a long period of time, it's way harder to stay strong mentally.

Surprised nobody has pointed out that this is pretty much what Asceticism is, any opposition to it would be criticising the ideology. It makes sense though, suffering is intrinsic to life and our suffering is caused by our desires so the most logical thing to do is to suppress our desires as much as possible to be in the least suffering as possible. "Happiness" doesn't exist in this life, it's all about reducing our suffering.

However there are some which argue that a balanced approach is actually harder than than Asceticism and Asceticism is merely the "easy way out". Imagine this -

There are three people sitting together and eating lunch, the boss at work gives out free food for everyone. The first person, grabs as much food as possible and draws uncomfortable glances from others. The second person, the ascetic, sits quietly at a table with just a glass of water, he looks at the first person and does nothing because he doesn't want to become like the first person, his fear keeps him from doing anything. He consumes nothing but water. However, the third man carefully selects sufficient food but not too much and joins in conversations thoughtfully, balancing pleasure without overindulgence.

Obviously the first guy shows a lack of self control, but is it right to say that the second has more self-control than the third? It could be argued that the third man, who is moderate and balanced has mastered the art of self control far more effectively than the ascetic.

My main problem with all this though is that we can't afford to be like the third man because as an incel we are at the bottom of society, we are not inherently balanced ourselves, so maybe ascetic practices or copying the second man is the only way out.

Some may think in order to be ascetic you have to leave human society and live like a monk in the mountains, but it's possible to be ascetic in modern day-to-day human society, you just have to voluntarily give up all carnal pleasures

We as incels have extremely low confidence which makes us very neurotic and impulsive, our ego is so hurt that if we taste the tiniest bit of pleasure we just want more and more and it'll never stop until it kills us (the chaser effect), moderation requires a non-hurt ego, it's a chad trait

I think this is blatantly false. I, for one, mean to have have experienced genuine joy. If you don't think you ever have, I feel sorry for you. But even then, just look at children. Do they not look genuinely happy to you at times?

will no doubt help you detach from reality but you are taking away what essentially makes you human, and becoming a robot. (we aren’t even human to begin with but you know what i mean). This is good advice if you want to career maxx but you will no doubt become more open to the idea of just ending it.

I’m currently doing something like this, I wear a balaclava and gloves so i can pretend i’m some sort of video game character. I don’t have to see my face at all, and i haven’t for months. Since it is the source of my depression i cover it up. I deleted all the normie social media apps connecting me to the outside world and i just pretend like im some sort of biological robot. Eating just enough, sleeping at the same time every night, no social life, no vices, no indulging. I feel the rope calling me everyday…
