- Never eat tasty food, your mouth and throat are pleasure organs and feed into your ego, forget about "eating food" altogether and only ingest necessary nutrients, eat a completely bland tasteless diet with no salt, sweet, oil, cream, spice, sauce, blah blah, completely suppress all goyslop cravings, and not for the "health benefits" either, but to make your ego know it doesn't deserve deliciousness (although you'll automatically eat healthy when you give up taste)
- Never masturbate and watch porn ever again, punish your lizard brain harshly and make it know it doesn't deserve anything, disallow yourself from consciously or subconsciously feeling sexual stimulation, don't try to castrate yourself with meds either because that's the easy way (it won't work anyways), brutally tolerate endless horniness and unreleased potency
- Never seek unnecessary comfort, always sleep at 10pm and wake up at 6am, don't LDAR, workout 1h everyday, run 20min everyday, do physical activity for no fucking reason, let your body know it doesn't deserve comfort, unironically take cold showers not for the benefits either do it just because it's uncomfortable
- Limit all non-work/study screen time to 3h a day, don't watch garbage goyslop media, don't rot on this site more than 20min a day
- Don't listen to sad songs or songs that hype you up, sadness and hype are egoistical feelings, only listen to dull classical songs or songs that mostly focus on lyrics and not euphoric melodies, "eargasm" is real and you should avoid it, basically you should avoid any type of -gasm because you must make your ego know YOU DON'T DESERVE IT
