Supposedly a certain country gets a totalitarian Marxist rodgerism goverment. With brith control banned, and guaranteed mates, many babies will be born. At the same time, the youth situation currently isn't doing well, due to boomer and richfags holding up resources.

So the solution is as follows:

1. Prepare farms for the next generation to work on, not necessarily as farmers but also as developers, robot fixers, engineers etc
2. Fill up waters to be used as farm land
3. Repurpose unproductive industries to be used as farmland
4. Hire third world farmers to train the next generation of Marxist-Rodgerist farmers
5. Build a high tech industry around the farms. Because modern farming is extremely technologically incolved
6. The urban, mostly unsustainable living, is fuelled by refusal of business owners to fire everyone due to risk of mass unemployment, with the older gen dying off, the urban will get smaller
7.Autarky achieved, most people are happy, living close to nature

Countries that have tried autarky have been invaded and subjugated by countries that benefit from a globalised (enslaved) world. Such as Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Japan during their isolationist period etc

And autarky doesnt mean abolishing trade or isolationism. True autarky is impossible in 21st century, so my bad for not stating it.

The most ideal is a apartheid for foreign business visitors (only male visitors and male locals can meet them) and locals, to maximize trade while decreasing risks of race mixing, cultural imperialism etc
