I don't have the drive to do the shit I should do. I'd rather just do nothing. This sucks.

It's hard to have any drive or interests if you believe you will be lonely forever and there's nothing you can do about it.

that's not my problem. I shit on foids but idk I don't have the drive

adderall, vyvanse, ritalin, concerta, wellbutrin, etc

by not making so many threads

by logging off and doing what you need to do

If you're procrastinating something, you should take it as a sign that you should never have committed to taking on that project in the first place. Now that you've taken it on, it might be in your best interest to finish it (or it might not be). But just know for next time.

You shouldn't do things that you find yourself procrastinating. Put another way: don't do things you don't really, really want to do. In the short run this can seem insane, but in the long run, you'll be much better off.

Procrastination is not healthy or normal despite the fact that it's common. It's an extremely stressful and entirely unnecessary state.

When I look back at my life at all the things I procrastinated, it's plain to see that I would have been better off not committing to any of those things in the first place. Some of them were major investments that were strongly socially encouraged but nevertheless not good long-run investments for me personally (high school, college, etc.)

That’s good insight

I can't stop won't stop

I often think about the end result of a project and how it would be, but actually working to get to that point is just too much for me. I have no energy to do such things.

that's why u need sleep+exercise+diet

You can always procrastinate later.

I'll tell you tomorrow.

Ain't nothing to it but to do it. Idk, if you're genetically inferior and/or don't gymcel/exercisecel then that might be the problem

Just accept it, not worth beating yourself up about not doing shit that's meaningless anyway. If you want to do nothing, do nothing.

Most of time my motivation stems from fear. Find a way to motivate yourself through fear. What I do is make imaginary deadlines inorder to work on something sooner. Stupid I know, but something like that.
Also, look into primary and secondary desires.
