I have stopped watching porn for some months in 2020, but it was mainly due to Covid. So if you want to intentionally do it, you need to associate porn with something disgusting. For example, you might want to associate fucking in porn with getting an STD (or any illness, really). Imagine not only that there objectively is a chance of STD transfer, but there is a chance that the performers know that any STD results can be faked and imagine how you would feel due to that.
Additionally, always remember that porn is fake. Also take SSRIs and Finasteride to kill your libido.

You just do it, the tips aren't that helpful because you'll be able to beat whatever safeguards you try to use. You either have the willpower and discipline or you sadly don't. I have been able to quit completely for 4 1/2 months but it's easier to just try to reduce the amount of times you do it instead. Like once a week, twice a month, better than everyday or multiple times a day.
