Half of the jobs are completely pointless anyway, so just decrease the working time from 40 hours a week to 20 hours a week, cancel all the pointless jobs, like assistents, restaraunt workers and IT sector, and make everybody work on jobs that are actually needed but only for 5 hours a day, 4 days a week.

Thats all, the amount of real jobs will increade by 2, so nobody will be jobless anymore, and people wont need to work fucking 8 hours a day, like they're some sort of slaves.

Soyciety and normies need suffering. They thrive on suffering and pain of others.
For example you can employ 4 relatively young people ( under 40 y.o. ) who will do all the work at time if you pay them normal salary.
But that normies usually do?
They employ 8 workers instead of 4, some of them younger some significantly older and pay them less.
So naturally forms hierarchy. The more people are in the same room, the more opportunities for bullying and conflicts.
Some will work more for the same money, some can do the minimum work or don't work at all, so it's a way for a conflicts, stress at work.
And those who do nothing or bully others usually aren't fired.
But normscum don't care.
