Bryan Caplan says parents should encourage their kids to make children by financially rewarding them: "Just give generously to your children each and every time they enlarge your family." While I don't know if this would work, there's other things that should be done. You should tell your daughters that the ultimate measure of success is not their grades in high school or going to college - reproduction is the ultimate measure of success. You should tell them, "If you won't make children by 20, I won't let you live rent free in my home anymore." You can go further and tell them that you won't love them as much as your kids who do have kids. If your children espouse antinatalism at a young age, you shouldn't give them an allowance. When they choose not to reproduce after being 18 years old, you should also tell them you won't celebrate their birthday anymore. Frankly, if your children espouse antinatalism perhaps you should tell them an empty threat that you'll put them up for adoption, if you're serious about natalism. Tbh I don't think you need to go this far. I think if you explain to them why having kids is good, they'll reproduce. This was just a thought experiment (since we can't reproduce).
