There should be so many new people created that new homes must be built because all the current ones would already be used or not available. To prepare for a baby boom, we can ban one-story buildings. Only skyscrapers should be allowed to be built. Because land is limited, we should make the most of it by building multiple-story buildings. The building of these can be financed by the government. The upshot of this will also be that new jobs are created because some people will have to build these skyscrapers. The other upshot of this is that there may be less homelessness since there will be more housing available. Another upshot of this is that it may benefit the environment. One study says, "Our results reveal that larger cities tend to have lower per capita emissions." I don't know if this is true and if it is I don't know why. Perhaps commutes can be shorter because everything is closer together. I think cars release co2 but I don't believe in the climate change hoax.

"The 20 most expensive skyscrapers built in the last 30 years" cost between $1 billion to $15 billion. For example, the Burj Khalifa cost $1.5 billion. It only took five years to build it. It says "Inside, there are residential apartments, eight hotels, shops, restaurants, and offices. Here's the view from the observation deck (also the world's tallest)." According to a webpage, "Burj Khalifa has 304 hotel rooms and 900 apartments." That's 1204 rooms. We've allocated 182.8 billion to Ukraine for the Ukraine war. 182.8 divided by 1.5 is 121.87. That means we could have built 121 skyscrapers like it. That's not much. 121 times 1204 is only 145,684. However we can spend 1 trillion dollars. 1 trillion divided by 1.5 billion is 666.67 skyscrapers. That times 1204 is 802,666.67 rooms. Of course, that's just a one-time expense, but we can build 666 skyscrapers each year. Perhaps we can have even more rooms than Burj Khalifa if rooms are smaller. According to Google, it's also the tallest building. The Antilia skyscraper is interesting because it can "survive a magnitude 8 earthquake." It cost $1 billion.
