Serious how to make online gaming friends?

i never made friends IRL and between 2012-2016 i had a small (~5) online friend group that dissipated. the last remaining person of that online group told me he got a gf, and then randomly decided to block me and removed me, despite being a "friend" of his for longer than a decade. at the apex of our friendship i even had access to his steam account and he'd given me his visa card details to buy games when i couldn't afford them

anyway, now for the past 3 years the only people i talk to are: my parents and cashiers i come across when buying shit. 0 friends.

i never had IRL friends, was always bullied, and i don't even remember how i managed to come across an online friend group. i want to do it again, but i don't game as often. i don't like new games.

how to add new people organically as i game and what games to play? i need to cope

they were cool from 2012-2015ish, then they slowly started ghosting me. they all know each other IRL except for me, one of them developed a crush on some girl and the guy (who ghosted me last) got buckbroken by seeing his crush getting fucked, then they had a falling out and the last friend blocked everyone.
then they started being online at midnight while i was asleep and they would play games i wouldn't play and then years went on without chatting
then they just disappeared.
i received a random friend request from an anime pfp profile and once i accepted it i was interrogated, oh, are you XYZ?
then i inquired and one of them came out and told me they have been screenshotting my rants and frustrations (inceldom related) and sent it to her and she wanted to lolcow me etc. and ever since I never added anyone as a friend and been officially 0 contact

i TLDR'd it because no one asked for the details but that's my history

You can't make friend in real life if you are ND. The friends you're gonna make are all going to be through school or through other friends but that's already ovER for me and you. The only way you could find irl friends now is if you go start some hobby or if you go to work and find someone your age but then again that's almost impossible for us incels.
