I feel this year I go to prison on 3 strikes rule I already got convicted twice in crown court this time I will go to prison they don't do 3 times leniency and I feel like this time there is no point coming out and trying to live again because my life is already over and already got no future after prison itll be even more over. I think prison would be a good place to end it and it would be fitting to the story of my life. Is it better to get stabbed or to hang myself or to try and cut my throat jugular.

I think what you want to do is have the rope tight around the jugular, cutting off blood to the brain. you just black out very quickly this way, i don't think you choke to death. if you can do it right it isn't the worst way to go
