As we know, when someone attacks us, we can use violence for the purpose of exercising self defense. With or without a weapon.

Violence in self defense, can lead to the death of the attacker and it would be justified in court. Meaning, we can end somebody's life. We can also induce heavy damages on their health and make them, lets say, handicapped.

Since sexual assault and rape are classified as violence, it is permissable, to sexually assault and rape women if we are doing it in self defense. After all even if rape and sexual assault leave foids with trauma, so can a attacker end up eternally paralyzed.

Theoretically, sexual assoult can be justified as self defense. Nothing in law forbids us from using this as a defense tactic.
