are you still in school? if you are then ig the best way is to destroy his belongings when he ain't looking in a sneaky way, his cell phone, books, pencils etc.

It's very hard for you to get caught unless you do it in the open. My bully always got away with doing this shit and I regret not having done the same to him many times when I had the chance.

there is literally no way to get revenge on him that doesn't involve violence or fucking of some kind. A bully of mine committed suicide this year, and as great as that felt, it was no revenge, it was just a good thing that happened.
