how to get over envy and sadness over seeing PDA?

I always feel the same way when I see a couple of my age having a good time while I am rotting alone. i go jogging daily at night and see a lot of couples around campus and just ask myself what's the point of trying if I can't have that. Does anyone else relate? how do you cope and move on from such emotion, because it's starting to affect me a lot. never knew college would be this brutal tbh.
