I am really damn skinny and i wanna gain weight. Tell me some good foods. Would a whole cake be enough?
 
don't listen to normies, unless if you have a god tier frame, auschwitz tier skinny is ideal
 
That's easy. Just breakfast lunch dinner and some snacks. Preferably peanuts because high protein and calories.

If I don't cut my daily diet easily gets 2k to 2
5k kcal

Idk tbh, the only way I ever have a big enough appatite to eat a decent surplus is by smoking weed but right when I stop smoking I immediately lose the weight since I have no desire to eat. (+ I have no desire to workout when high so it's a double fuck)

If you really want to gain weight then you need to eat more food. Simple as that but being skinny is ideal for looksmaxxing

Not at all I have never gone threw withdrawls from it and use it very sparingly. It's just the only thing that makes me have a huge appatite.
 
You just need more pizza and chicken tenders in your life.

Multiply your body weight by 18. That's the amount of calories you want to eat to gain weight.

But of course, unless you're clinically underweight, you shouldn't be trying to gain weight if you're not gymcelling.

You're supposed to eat 500 calories more.
I would not advice to bulk. One of the main reason, your skin would be like shit in general.

Start bodybuilding and eat a lot of proteins. I will guarantee that you will not only gain more weight, but also have muscular good looking body. I used to be a skinnycel and after just a year of Gymcelling I gained 15 KG (33 lbs).
 
Mix carbs and fat. Most pasta dishes do the trick brilliantly. Though I think mixing red meat and sweet fruits is the healthiest way to do it.
 
Actually. Just add 300 calories on top of what you eat right now and you should be set.

I used to be a Skinny Gamercel 56 KG (123 lbs) who had no friends and spended the whole day just playing video games and sitting on the computer. I've also eaten a lot of Fastfood and sugar drinks because I didn't care. I got to know a girl from my workplace and guess what she rejected me and hooked up with another giant douchebag at my workplace. Everyday I saw them kissing and shit which made me depressed and frustrated af so I didn't help but working out after work. From this point I started Gymcelling. I gained weight pretty fast, stopped caring about the recjection and went up to 72 KG (158 lbs) so I also started diet and run a lot treadmill now I'm currently 70 KG and feel much better. Yesterday, I was at the Gym 10 times in a row, now I'm resting and tomorrow I will be back Triceps training. Gymcelling is really fun and the greatest Cope and unlike playing Video games you actually achieve something worthy. :feelsokman:

No, you have to eat brutally. Consume some whey protein, creatine monohydrate and then hit the gym until your hands bleed.

Keep in mind, without sports activity you most likely become Fatcel.
 
Many people seem to be wondering this.
 
Drink lots of protein powder mixed with whole milk, eat at least 3000 calories daily, and lift weights 4 times a week steadily increasing weight as needed. I went from 170 lbs to 195lbs (11.34 kg) in about a year and im a really hard gainer
