Same honestly. And its not even jaw itself its more like the entire face is smushed in/is just too flat. Like it SHOULD go more fkrward, but it refuses to, there SHOULD be more distance between ear and the end of face but theres just the lack of it.

So far havent foumd surgery for it (except modified LeFort 2/3 it is NOT viable)
