You have at least get them and jail/exile them and take away all their money and status
You need to have some sort of underground prison, so that nobody ever hears from them again. And from where they can never manipulate people again, too.

OR you immediatly execute them (in games like Minecraft or TF2). That makes 100% sure that the ones, who are controlling this shit, are gone.
