Husserl was obviously a huge cuck but I think fundamentally his work reminds us of the importance of separating reality from our ego. The phenomenological reduction is not to naively believe what the world offers us. The world goes beyond the simple consciousness that I have and that relies heavily on intentionality. We must suspend our judgment about the existence of the world. Unfortunately his shit was instrumentalized by whores such as Simone de Beauvoir.
