A tutorial of how to destroy your local gym brutally
So, I wanted to make this thread actually days ago, it also was requested. Here it is then. I will give a proper introduction of how you destroy your local gym.
I will start off with some examples:
Starting with easy tasks, like burping in the locker room will decrease your inhibition. It is nothing special, you just take a break from training go to the locker room to drink some water and then you can begin. Burp loudly to demonstrate your manliness. It will be even appreciated by other men.
The next step is to flex in front of the mirror in the locker room. I do this all the time. I just lift my shirt to inspect myself. You need to lift your shirt high enough to reveal your chest. If possible, try to block the path while you are doing this.
Now it is time to expand. You are now ready to leave the locker room. Start off with burping at the gym in general. Hit a machine or do some barbell exercise and then the time will come, you have to burp. Usually it is a big one. Just let it out. It is something natural. You can also do it nearby females.
The next step would be to invade female space. It is quite easy. Start off with simple tasks, like changing the weight of some machines. Most likely it could start a conversation. Tell her that she is too weak and she needs to step up. You can literally talk trash to her, like, that she can use the power of feminism.
You can also change weights of a barbell. Collect some weight and add it to one side, then command her to do the same thing on her side as well.
I did it once and she obeyed. She did all her sets with my additional weight. I put her in an awkward situation, because we were both doing deadlifts and she was right to the left of me. She even tried to start a conversation by asking me what else I do at the gym. Such a gullible female. The only thing you do at the gym, is to destroy yourself until your hands bleed.
You can also invade the space of females while walking. Never dodge a female, make yourself even bigger to hit her. Also walk towards her, even if she want to change it by stepping to the side, just do the same to block her. It sometimes happens, that they will even stop walking. They will just stand there.
I did it once succesfully by blocking a female. She was about to enter the locker room, but I blocked her several times. After a couple of tries of moving to the left and then to the right, she just stands there and ask me politely to move on. I just replied with yes. While passing I moved myself towards her direction and looked down on her.
The absolute climax is to use females as your personal barbell. I just did it once, but it was outside of the gym. You have to go for the lift. In my case the female target was not looking towards my direction, so I just went for it. I went for the typical bride holding. She was so easy to lift and so light. She responded with: ''What are you doing?'' - she was also a bit shocked. Just imagine doing this at the local gym and on top of that you even lifted one of the female trainers. It would be hilarious.
Some of those actions are also applicable outside. For example: A couple of days ago, I just started to walk by the side of a female. She then replied with: ''What is that about?'' I reacted with: ''Walking.'' and then I walked with the same speed right next to her for a couple of meters.
Once your conquered your local gym, it is time to expand even further beyond...
Upcoming plans and ideas:
My next plan is it, to lift one of the female trainers. This will be a hard task. But the funny part is, whenever she sees me, she will be reminded that I once lifted her.
Another idea of mine is to lift a female and bring her to another machine. It would be even better to lift a female off a treadmill and then bring her to some machine.
I also want to go to some female and then smell her. She will be confused, then I say, it is breeding time and then I will go for the lift.
Keep in mind, this is your gym. There is no need to be afraid of. You have to feel good about it. Once you hit the gym brutally, you will feel even energized and the urge to destroy somebody become present. Use it to have some fun and tease some females at your local gym.
