The pre-phase of redpill / blackpill start while you're bluepilled. During that we lie to ourselfes, that its ok, even tough we know better.

If we leave the bluepill due to straight up realizing that we fooled ourselfs into beliving that, we go straight to the blackpill. But that doesnt necessarily mean we start identifying ourselfs as incels.

But if the bluepille is left due to a rejection or lack wins after simping, we tend to go to the redpill. And if it hurts a lot, we even pay scamdrew tate.
However this will keep us the longest away from the blackpill, cuz scamdrew troon will make you associate misoginy with scam. And since we tend to see things black and white, we subconciously think misoginy is as bad as scam.

But the other option is that we realize that if we hate foidletscum, we dont have to justify it, cuz its axhausting to always justify it, which is better but riskier than getting blackpilled due to realizing we fooled ourselfs with bluepill. Because if you stop fooling yourself, due to its own realization, you still feel like you had to justify it for a long time.

I cannot recall a time in which I would consider myself a bluepilled individual, as my beliefs and understanding of dating were never that delusional, but I was definitely sort of redpilled for a decent portion of time; during that time, I attempted various forms of futile self-improvement, which ultimately bore no fruit — and that failure led me down a path of despair in which I realized it was over for me.

Idk, I was aware of incels but had hopes to have my high school/university experience, you could say I was bluepilled. Now I'm at my last years and came up with the fact I am an incel after all. Hope to find love is very bleak, almost nonexistent, and blackpill kind of cools off my desperation and delusions cause now I know my worth
