Privileged take. Some guys are just naturally taller, with better skin, healthier hair, broader shoulders, and fuller lips. Others barely hit 5'3, suffer from painful cystic acne that constantly flares up and leaves deep scars, or chronic eczema that causes raw, peeling patches across their face and body. Some have narrow, hunched shoulders with protruding bones and zero upper frame definition. Some have lips that are paper thin. Some lose their hair in clumps as teenagers, leaving patchy bald spots. You can take care of your appearance all you want, but if you're not genetically gifted with the "right" features, society will still see you as unattractive, no matter how well you take care of yourself.
