How to be the overdynamic chad-like

Hello,
Since many people told me that attitude and "vibes" are more important than appearance, I would like to know how to could I get closer to the obnoxious speedy and chatty chad-like type even if I'm 162 cm height. The thing is that I'm fucking introverted and even drinking coffee or doing sports and nofap don't quite have an effect on how I behave in groups: I'm tend to tire very fast in crowded situtions and even in classes I tend to avoid talking to people despite wanting to socialize, like I'm trapped in my mind and body (that's fucking horrible).
Some of you did manage to get out of that ? I heard that tryahrding sport might help

I don't think you can have a "chad-like" attitude, vibe or personality if you don't got the looks for it, as how your personality is perceived is often based on your looks. An incel with an outgoing chad-like attitude will be seen an annoying or arrogant instead.
I don't know the solution.
