How tf do I add images to my posts?

I did this and it just posted a text version of the link and no image

put [ img] URL [/img] with no spaces

MAKE SURE it has the actual file in the url like .jpg or .gif at the end

For threads its already there.

For posts if its a repply the menu will be there. If its not a repply, just press "preview post" and you will have the menu
