stop fapping, join the SRK order. Not kidding, look at this - https://selfdefinition.org/celibacy...-of-continence-part-1-opinion-vs-evidence.htm

goes into how dementia and many mental illnesses is because of releasing semen which has a tie into brain functioning

all the old grandpa's getting dementia and Alzheimer need to stop cumming

  • Continence is beneficial to the brain (for conserved lecithin from retained semen is a true brain food). Hence some of the greatest intellectual geniuses in ancient and modern times led continent lives. These include Pythagoras, Plato, Aristotle, Leonardo da Vinci, Spinoza, Newton, Kant, Beethoven, Herbert Spencer, etc.
[*]6. Recent physiological evidence, pointing to the fact that the seminal fluid contains substances of great physiological value (such as Poehl's Spermine, which is a nerve-stimulant, lecithin, cholesterin, vitamin E, male sex hormones, etc.) supports the idea that continence is beneficial to health, as do the experiments of Prof. Brown-Sequard on the vitalizing effects of testicular extracts and those of Prof. Steinach on the rejuvenation that follows the enforced conservation of semen through ligature of the efferent testicular duct.

No its not, modern culture is degenerate and promotes things to harm your mind and soul - the porn industry is pushed on people to dumb them down like everything else.

Then do no porn. Fapping is an essential cope for incels, so why would you deprive yourself of it?

releasing your semen lowers your Testosterone, testosterone plays a part in mood and energy for men and the link i posted above goes into more detail about how ejaculating all the time causes other mental issues anxieties, depression, dementia as you get older

its basically a drug, a short high with longer symptoms

Nietzsche "The reabsorption of semen by the blood is the strongest nourishment and, perhaps more than any other factor, it prompts the stimulus of power, the unrest of all forces toward the overcoming of resistances, the thirst for contradiction and resistance. The feeling of power has so far mounted highest in abstinent priests and hermits (for example, amoung the Brahmans)."
Testosterone increases with abstinence, testosterone plays part in mood and energy levels for men

These studies' results suggest you should fap in moderation, not abstain from it entirely. Besides, 3 weeks is not long enough to observe the long-term effects of nofap.

You can't; I've tried. There are some nootropics, however, that can improve your cognitive abilities slightly. I would do some research and see what's best for you, but here are the ones I've tried with success, that you may want to look into:

Caffeine- I definitely feel smarter under the influence of caffeine. In my case, it is a true nootropic, meaning: the cognitive benefits don't come just from easing withdrawal symptoms. I haven't had any caffeine in the last 6 months, due to a health condition, and I have presumably returned to my natural baseline. My natural baseline is lower than that of me under caffeine's influence.

L-theanine- It is relaxing. It doesn't make me smarter, but it does tend to reduce anxiety. When paired with caffeine, it substantially reduces the 'jitters' associated with caffeine intake.

Lion's mane(whole fruiting body)- I have been taking lion's mane for about 5 months, and I believe it has improved my cognitive abilities a little bit, though I can't be sure. I feel smarter, and more able to write things. If it has benefited me, the benefits are subtle, and take months to notice, though that is what's expected. Note: You must take a supplement from a brand which uses Nammex as its source, for example, "Nootropics Depot". Nammex uses the whole fruiting body, whereas other brands use mycelium on grain.

Omega-3- This is good for long-term brain health, so you will likely not notice anything taking it in the short term. This is good if you want to, at least, maintain your current mental faculties. I take an algae oil-based supplement.

Exercise- namely, cardio. This is also subtle, but if I make sure to get some exercise a few times a week, adding up to at least 4 hours a month, I feel smarter. This is also very important for long-term health.

Diet- I eat a whole foods, plant based diet. I eat as many fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes as I can, because those are the foods most associated with a lower risk of cognitive decline. As a main source of calories, I eat starches.

And here are some of the things that I tried which did not work:

Adderall- No nootropic effect
Adrafinil- Made me feel 'odd', but I did not notice any nootropic effect. It did not help with staying awake, either.
Ashwagandha- No nootropic effect
Bromantane- Felt odd taking it. The second day, I felt motivated to clean my room, but in the days following, I felt sick.
Choline- No nootropic effect
Phenibut- No nootropic effect

nofap, now!

no seriously. nofap clears your brain fog which can completely skyrocket your IQ level. i went from not being able to remember a managers name after repeating it in my head several times in the span of a couple minutes to remembering and fully comprehending a complex games plot in one go.

Only works if you're Low-T.

If it's higher than that of a Reddit soyboy 90% of your thoughts will be sex-related after 2 weeks.

ofc it will. but if you dont fap eventually your libido will subside after the flatline.

Incel as fuck, but if you really wanna improve your IQ study the violin or piano. Work out to exhaustion at least once a week. It does a lot of good creatively to sit for an hour and do nothing but think.

isn't it supposed to go back to normal after one week? Because mine sure as fuck didn't.

lmao no. you will get rounds of flatlines and then everything stabilised after about day 90 i think so you wont get any more urges.

I would end up in jail many, many times before then.

Your reply was the only real reply to his question in this thread. It was a lot of effort for such a shitpost thread

There is no surgery for your brain

As far as I know you can improve your memory and processing speed, but not your IQ.

You should read more. Not trash but well written articles. After a while you notice you'll have a better grasp of English and a wider vocabulary.

Yo can't. But you can still be smarter, you can learn and max aout what you are working with.
