Hey guys.
I'm gonna start gymcelling since I'm homeless and gives me something to do.
I wanna get abs and pecks. Is bench press and deadlifts a good way to start?
I don't like situps.

It's not for women. I'm doing it cause I'm homeless and don't wanna turn into a lard ass.

Abs are a matter of body fat. But you can't go wrong with the basics:

Pull ups
Bench
Dips
Rows
Deadlifts
 
In the beginning it is good to stick to the basics. Do compound exercises like bench press, deadlift, squat, pull-up, dips, barbell curl, lats etc, each exercise go for 3 sets of 8 repetitions. Inbetween sets take a 45 second break.

Also, sucks to hear you're homeless. I was once homeless too. Housing should be a human right.
 
Working out is unnatural and prematurely ages you.
 
Idk about working out but I'm sorry you're homeless hope you get out of that situation
