This is less about the age of your parents, it’s more to do with if you had better looking parents, your mother is more likely to find a chad or suitable mate earlier on and have you.
Instead of having a baby later because your parents are not as good looking therefore it taking your mother more time to find the mate.

There have been times where I've been genuinely concerned he would do something that would make headlines. Something that would make him a meme here.
Also my older brother is the only one with an average-ish IQ. Probably in the 90-100 range. Me and my younger brothers are all brainlets.

Because of epigenetics it also has to do with what shape your parents were in when they had you. And yes your father also matters but I have a feeling that a 30 year old man is as good as a 25 year old woman seeing as men can have children way longer than women.
Mine had me at around age 20. My dad was quite a bit older though. My real problem with this has more to do with the fact that my mother is not mentally right to have children. She has a personality disorder/mental illness.

My mother was 38, short, has a recessed chin and a hooked nose.
Not only were her genes bad in the first place, having me at 38 meant that I was even shorter and more autistic than I should have been. I was also nearly a stilbirth then had to spend the first month of my life in an incubator.
