I sleep like a log after work, but if I try to sleep at a normal time on the weekend I always wake up in the middle of the night and don't go back to sleep
Never thankfully. I take sleeping pills that give me temporary relief from this goddawful existence.

What's the cause ? Bladder ?
Its rare that i wake up in the middle of the night at all.
I'm not sure, it might be because I wake up from the slightest noise. I used to wake up by just hearing my mom's ankle bracelet jingle from across the apartment, so the second she woke up I woke up too. I can't sleep through anything sadly, birds chirping through a closed window also wakes me up without fail
