Serious How often do you rage at things?

I’ve lost count over the amounts of times I’ve slammed my fists into the nearest hardest surface I can or began throwing things at the walls (my phone, wallet, car keys, pillows etc)

And lately I feel like I’ve gotten more and more irritable as the years have gone by. I had to buy noise-cancelling headphones (I have misophonia) and start taking medical marijuana to try and keep myself from tardraging and doing something that will lend me in jail or dead.

I get angry sometimes, but only when it's in my control, and I am unable to succeed. I don't wanna break any of my equipments, I appreciate them all. I'm financially underprivileged.

Never, I used to have anger issues so I don’t know if it was getting older or a conscious effort but I started blanking it and making myself numb every time I was pissed off.

rarely in my case, I moreso wallow than rage. Only times I really rage are when the dots go around in a circle seemingly endlessly

I think it’s just stresses from various things on top of being incel (which already has numerous secondary effects)

I only rage if my PC isn't working properly for some reason, software related issues 99% of the time. Like I completely lose my shit, curse and yell at the screen and wish I could massacre the devs and their families, rape their wives and daughters and kill off them and their sons.

I punched my monitor and it shattered last week. I punch holes in the wall in my house all the time and smash things when I’m angry.
