Depends. As little as possible, as much as necessary. Meaning, my parents either force me (take a walk or bike-ride alone), for some doctor's appointment, or... uh... that's about it. My parents used to take me on vacation, even years after I turned 18, or take me on day trips, kind of like parents with their disabled grownup son (until about 3-4 years ago), now I'm 28. Alone mostly now. It was always like this, and it will stay like this. Forever.
The thought of wageslavery pisses me off, making someone else richer while I'm forced to interact with normies and foids who hate my guts anyway

Yeah the night is much better way less people around
Nah I had normal shoes but my socks baggy and mashed up so that bruised my soles, plus both of my heels were still healing from my previous walks where they got damaged and started bleeding. The entire time I was walking I had to deal with pain every step I took, it wasn't that bad though the walk was scenic and I would take breaks and sit down

It's easier to answer how often I don't go outside. I'm not counting just going out to get my mail as "going out" here, maybe 2-3 days a month I don't have a reason to leave. I touch grass all the time. I can see the BP in real life everytime I do.

I have a job so I'm forced to go although I don't spend more than 7 hours outside a day outside, most of the time i'm indoors. When I'm outside I rarely interact with others only when necessary.
