I only shower when I have to leave the house, otherwise I don't. Thanks to my depression, I have very little motivation to get out of bed, so if I don't have to leave the house, why shower?

Well I wash my hair every single day and shampoo when i actually get in a shower because i NEED to take care of my hair to keep me above a 3.5
