as per title

i have been having chronic neck and shoulders pain due to not exercising
 
6/7 week
 
Let's see, the last time I exercised was never.
 
Last time was when i was on my diet 3 months ago on the exercise bike.
 
there is no exercise for your face (MEWING DOESNT WORK)
 
Whenever i muster up willpower, once or twice a week.
