I eat 6 a week. I buy 1kg of ground beef for 8 bucks every week which I make into 6 burgers.

ive been so depressed lately i dont even go out to get groceries ,
i just eat the rice and canned stuff i have at home from like 2 years ago ...
rice with beans , without sauce , it makes me feel weak ........
that doesn't sound delicious at all and it has very little nutrients
