How often do you drink alcohol?

It will destroy you and make you extremely sick.
I used to do it.
It gave me horrible pain and I wasn't able to sleep more than 4 hours before I had to drink something again, now I'm drinking less and I feel way better.

hard liquor gives me a big hangover plus it fucks with my anxiety and depression much more than beer.
