Whenever I see somebody on Facebook list a new job I go to my theory: the NCF rule.

The question is how did this particular individual land this job?

The NCF theory is: Nepotism(Family Member hooked them up). Cronyism(Friend hooked them up). Favoritism(Hot chick gets hired by horny boomer boss).

The one you will see the most is family member. I see some guy gets a new job and I look at his credentials on Linkedin and he has shitty job experience and a shitty bullshit college degree. Then I go to my theory. So I go on the company website and oh look what a fucking coincidence his uncle works at the same company. I wonder how he got this job?

The next one is Cronyism. I see someone land a job and then 6 months later their BEST FRIEND ends up working at the same fucking place. I wonder how that happened?

The last one might happen for a super handsome Chad but mostly women. If 5 people apply to a position at a random office job and 3 are guys 2 are chicks. 1 chick is ugly 1 is hot. I can GUARANTEE you that the hot chick has the best shot at getting that job. Some old 50 year old boomer has to go home to his fat wife and kids and now he can hire this hotty who will wear sexy outfits to work all the time. Of course she is getting the job.

This is why Incels are fucked. If you don't have a Family member who can hook you up with a job it is over. Your not NT so your social life is shit. You won't have any friends who would hook you up and obviously your ugly so your not gonna get a job because of favoritism.

What ends up happening is your Incel ass has to go on job posting websites and hope that something happens. You have to spend hours everyday applying to these online positions and taking stupid fucking surveys and questions hoping they will call you back. Meanwhile an NT person just has to show up to an interview their friend set up for them. They don't have to spend hours applying to shitty jobs online. Not to mention all of the good positions are filled in advance and never get listed on Job Posting websites. What gets posted is the shit that's left over and usually if a good job does get posted it is because they legally have to do it and they already have the person for the job in mind.

Went to go fix something at this work place where was all stacies. Like super hot young Stacie’s it was insane. I was there for a couple hours and what did they accomplish? Nothing, they were on INSTAGRAM or fucking on there phones doing fuck all.

I have to say being an incel at any work place sucks. I think people are able to sniff it off you, or something because the minute they realize you are “weird” or “creepy” it’s off to the next job.
