Depends, sometimes when I am a NEET I tend to go away from the Internet (because it has almost next to nothing to offer anymore) and then I walk around aimlessly in the forests/parks until the darkness becomes too big or the hunger becomes unbearable (which then calls for a break).

When tracking these movements I sometimes get to almost 600km during a month. I also have sometimes books with me to tell me what I see. As a young(er) person I was quite enthusiastic about the Internet, but nowadays I am dissatisfied by it deeply.

I sleep a lot like 12hrs+ a night and I don’t stay awake long because weed.

I don’t have PC but between being in this forum on my Phone, TV, and youtube it is easily 6-9+ a day hrs.
