Well I'm 5'9 so I'd go about 2 inches lower. 5'6 and below is turbo territory and I for one don't wish to be an inherent joke to men as well as women.
I'd be 5'6 if I had the 10/10 face and lose 10cm/4inches , if it were truly an unmoggable face then so be it. I'm in Asia anywhere where 5'6 is basically western verison of 5'7 I'd basically be Tom cruise but with a better face, a worthwhile trade tbh.
