For the last few months I've been gymmaxing hard. I've lost a good 30 plus pounds and I'm actually gaining muscles in my biceps triceps and forearms. Just started doing chest and core a couple weeks ago. While it is something that actually does feel good in the moment, working out can only brighten up my day so much. If I do a really good session where I'm lifting 200 lb on the bicep machine doing three sets of 10 and doing triceps extensions at 110 lb for four sets of 12. Then walking out of the gym. I'm going to feel great. The minute I get home though and once the adrenaline wears off I'm back to feeling normal. I do now like getting stronger and trying to reach new lifting heights but, it's not a replacement for my sexual and relationship related loniness. I am still hoping that maybe I can ascend through your James since I am over 6 ft. Tall but I'm still balding and I'm still socially awkward so that's probably a pipe dream. If you guys disagree and actually found peace and happiness through and happiness through gymmaxing let me know.

Only my shoulders and my arms grew visibly, i have terrible genetics for chest and abs

Jack shit. Then again, I'm only 6 months in so if some older gymcel want's to tell me it *might* change, then go ahead.

I think im less sad now but lookswise just a little of muscle and a little less fat
