How much does the average man grow after the age of 16?

Many sources say 3inches
Some people stop growing even earlier(me 5'8 at 15 and 5'8 at 19)

I stopped growing at 15/16. I don't remember anyone in my class growing much apart from a few after the age of 16

Pretty sure I grew one (maybe two) inches after reaching 16, I wouldn't get too excited though, most people have stopped at that age.
