Barely at all. My mind is pretty vacant a lot. All I think about pretty much is when I'm gonna get my next meal and a smoke.
I do have vivid dreams when I sleep at night though.

Chronic daydreaming since childhood. As a kid I lived in a fantasy world and I had to train myself to be active in the physical world. Sounds weird I know
