These guys have to approach girls like any other normie, its just their success rate and initial reception is much better than a 5. I think they're similar. A Chad will tend to get significantly more high quality girls than chad lite but the difference between those men and the "Chad lite" in this post would not be so large. I'd say the guy in this post is Chas levelthese guys are a league above him:
