that's already that way in spain, its also considered a hate crime to disagree with homosexuals, transexuals, to be racist, or to deny the jew holocaust

some people has legit gotten locked up for that, but the bright side is that, de facto, they don't enforce it outside of mainstream social networks (otherwise i'd be locked up myself jfl), though im still careful just in case, otherwise i'd be a lot more based
