I mean think about it. When the Feds were about to takedown gytsilkroadght on the darkweb they intercepted mod/admin accounts and infiltrated the site & collected intel and user data to use for prosecution. The Feds did the same thing when they took down this other illegal porn ring website which i will not name but many people have heard of it - they strong armed the mods in the ring to give up their accounts and passwords in exchange for immunity from prosecution, and the Feds continued running the site like nothing had changed whilst gathering evidence and making arrests in many countries in a coordinated international sting operation.
