Matches mean nothing imo. If you can get them to respond to you with more than single word sentences and get dates, then fakecel imo. I got 3 matches the entire time I used it and zero dates.

I believe if you are getting a less than 1/120 or so match rate then it means your profile is not even being shown to anyone, because at least 1/120 will be scammers, bots, whores, guys running experiments, girls running games to see how many matches they get, etc.
Most men's profiles stop being seen by any woman after day 3-5. Then you have to pay for Boosts if you want to be seen.
I think if you're boosting, anything around a 1% match rate is just background noise. It won't go anywhere since it's just background noise.
Once you hit 2-4% match rate you're into 6+/10 territory and can actually benefit from the app.

After like 5 years on the app and probably several dozen hours total spent swiping, as well as using Tinder passport and physical travel to locationmax, I have 145 matches. Almost all are overweight but only some are morbidly obese.
Not one has led to a date or any kind of physical meeting.
