I mean... you can make any arbitrary number of "new terms" by combining <noun, verb, or adjective> + "max". It's both not that new or revolutionary, nor that weird. Many dialects and cultures have ways of generating terms like that.

The funniest part is that, in my experience at least, people can get on welfare for severe mental health conditions and physical deformities that would make social interaction unfeasible even if a line of work minimized human contact. Of course, when incels say "autistic sub 5 men", they're not talking about legitimate medical diagnosises, they just believe that every man in the world who doesn't have a girlfriend is autistic because they're self diagnosised themselves as autistic and "sub 5".
