Coping lying fat fuck.You only lift 56% of your body weight in a push-up. If you weigh 180lbs, you are only lifting 100lbs. I used to be able to do a handful at 300lbs. I’m down to 250lbs now and can do 20, maybe more if I really try. My BMI is 31, but I’m working on losing another 50lbs.

Wrong. I'm 81-82kg and I consistently stay in the 50-60kg range when doing pushups on a scale. That's not 56%. Why lie?
