Just get a hobby or job where you meet thousands of people. Like learn to fly a drone then instruct people that want to get a drone licence. You will be able to make friendships. Something like that. Other people will too. Being ugly is a death sentence when it comes to female attraction but other than that not a problem. Even Stacies I deal with at work are liking me and recommending me to other Stacies. They just would never in a million years fuck me but you do not have to be socially isolated.
