most people in my ward were failed normies that literally had no problems
ppl larping that they supposedly had social anxiety or social phobia. Then going partying on week end with permission from staff, and telling me about having dance battle in club next day during breakfeast.
the therapy: Trash. We were never told what the therapy was, what the goal of it was, what the methods were. None of it made sense. They made us do arts & crafts and shit. Only one 45 minute session of talk therapy per week, which was CBT therapy as I found out years later.
The talk therapy was just gaslighting for an hour. Still it was the best part of my week.
Aside from that, I got discharged a month earlier with a bunch of meme diagnoses. Overall, it did profit me because the paperwork from that place now helps me to get the support I need to stay on welfare, so i dont fucking die on the street. But aside from that, in terms of practical help, it was trash.

I once called a number from a public service we have where I live which is basically a place for mentally ill people to go get help, but not exactly get interned.
After some talk I guess the person there notice I was decently articulate and was like "so, you know this is for people who actually have serious mental issues, right? Do you really think it's your case?" And I was like, "yeah, it isn't" and hung up.
