How many of you have an internal vs external locus of control?

I've been getting back on the job application grind, and I notice that despite me forcing myself to bang in the applications even though I hate it, I still feel as though this isn't being done out of free will, but rather I'm still just acting in accordance with my environment.

I wonder if it is possible to shift from a external to an internal locus of control? I'm not even sure what that would feel like- to be in control of your destiny

Internal but I think it came with age. I had no idea what I was doing when I was a bit younger.

I don't blame myself, but rather my race, my parents and family for my subhumaity and inceldom but not chads or foids. What kind of locus on control is this? I think its a mix of external and internal.
