Yes i was in a hiatus for 1,2 year and and now iam full back since March, the 7th year i am going to gym.
 
Yes I do both gym and running. PreferABly 1 activity daily.

I have been doing it for 2 years while also jogging. Mostly use it as an excuse to leave the house to be honest.

I am in the process of building a home gym in my basement. It's easy to dump anot if nk onew innit fast if you aren't watching the budget.

I've come back to the gym recently, I stopped going in college due to all the Chads and Stacies but our dorm has a 24/7 one so I can go in real late when no one is there.
 
It's my usual cope to feel like I have SOME sort of control over my body thatthe shit race lottery has given me as a curry.

Well for one I stopped looking like a skeleton and developed my back quite nicely. I'm happy with my progress but still far from my ideal.
Its a shame that lifting doesn't make you taller though.

cool, what you got so far? id love to have a home gym one day you don't need much tbh just some dumbells, barbell +weights and maybe some kettlebells
 
I'm doing push-ups and pull-ups at home, sometimes run, but I have shitty pigeon chest deformity and therefore am ugly when I undress

Having muscle and pigeon chest is better than being a stick with pigeon chest.
 
Love the dopamine rush. I love LDAR too but if I did that all the time it would be bad for mental health as well as physical
 
Almost 3 years now. Or maybe I am already at 3 years. Either way, it's all for my legs benefit.
 
I'm a workoutcel but I'm too mentalcel to go to the gym so. Planning to invest in few equipment though.

I'll start with very light weights to get a good form, so I'll probably not feel much in the first week :).
 
I've got dumbbells at home that I occassionally use with moderate success.
