A big mistake of mine was not going to therapy as soon as I started using AD. It seems you've got a good treatment, that's good, I actually feel good for you.

Does the stagnant feeling of yours refer to the feeling of not getting anywhere in terms of progress? If so, I can only suggest talking about it on a therapy or trying to do your own small rational steps forward to whatever will benefit you in the long-run.

Recently, like 2 weeks ago, I told my friend that previous 1000 days of my life were useless, and then he showed me what my messages were to him a year or two earlier and I realised how much progress I actually made. Basically, even if it seems the same, there's a chance that the situation is gradually changing every day

I already said this, but, man, I truly wish you good luck on your rough journey

I can feel the progress of my mind clearing and me feeling better mentally. But it's like will I have to stay on these pills for the rest of my life? Is my entire progress going to be negated if I stop taking these pills? I think about this a lot and I feel as if nothing has ever changed because it's not me making that change.
