I think almost everyone has the ability to use an internal monologue at most times, but some people use it far less than is normal and don't use it as their default mode of thinking in daily life.

those numbers are sus but having an internal monologue really isn't all that special tbh anyway. id imagine those without one are faster at reading and absorbing information since they might not experience the same delay ppl with internal monologues do when reading to themselves inside their own heads (least that's how it is for me). mfs who lack a mind's eye are a different story tho
