Yes, but it doesn't stop me from adding milk to my cereal! Food/drink is one of the few copes I have. The other two being benzos (going to start tapering down soon so that's -1 cope) and video games

No, i'm not. However i don't really consume a lot of milk products anyway, so even if i was. It wouldn't be a big deal to me.

I am. Was even in hospital this year for drinking a large glass of milk. I threw up about 20 times before the paramedics came.
